It also applies to the processing of data of legal representatives and contact persons of Imperia's clients who contract the "Imperia Supply Chain Planning" tool (SaaS) through the platform https://scp.imperiascm.com (the "Platform").

 

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions and the Cookie Policy, constitute the Terms and Conditions that govern the Website.

 

This Privacy Policy only applies to the Website, including all pages and subpages included therein. It has been prepared in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

Data Controller

The personal data collected on the Website through the contact forms, "Demo" form, "FAQs Section," "Call Reservation," and "Work with Us" form, as well as in relation to the contracting of the SaaS, will be processed by Imperia SCM Consulting, S.L., with CIF: B-40.554.891 and registered address at Avenida Manuel de Falla, 12 DPL, C.P. 46015, Valencia, Spain, as the data controller.

Origin of Personal Data

Imperia collects personal data from the natural persons representing its clients or potential clients. This personal data is collected through the contact forms, "FAQs Section," "Call Reservation" (collectively referred to as the "Forms") available on the Website. The personal data provided through the Forms is provided by the individuals themselves for the purpose of establishing contact with Imperia through the Website or testing the products and/or services offered by Imperia.

 

The "Demo" form is used by potential clients of Imperia who wish to formalize the contractual agreement to use the tools and/or services offered by Imperia in a demo or trial phase in order to better understand the functionalities offered. The natural persons representing the potential clients of Imperia complete the form to benefit from the demo.

 

Regarding the "Work with Us" form, Imperia collects personal data from candidates who apply for the different job positions offered by Imperia. The personal data is provided by the candidates themselves when filling out the form to participate in the job selection process.

 

Imperia also collects personal data from the natural persons representing its clients or potential clients to formalize the contractual agreement for the SaaS through the Platform. The personal data is provided by the individuals themselves when going through the steps to formalize the contract for the SaaS on the Platform.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

Forms
  • To respond to requests for information, contact establishment, or comments submitted by users to Imperia through the Website. The processed data are the minimum and necessary to fulfill the specified purposes.
“Demo” form
  • To manage the contractual agreement with potential clients of Imperia who wish to use the tools and/or services offered by Imperia in a demo or trial phase.
“Work with Us” Form
  • To carry out the job selection processes opened by Imperia to fill the available positions.
Saas:
  • To manage the contractual agreement with clients of Imperia who wish to contract the SaaS and to develop the existing contractual relationship between Imperia and the Client.

The legal basis for processing personal data collected through the Forms is the consent granted by the data subject when submitting the form with the request or requirement to Imperia.

"Demo" form

For the "Demo" form, the legal basis for processing the personal data of the natural persons representing potential clients of Imperia is to maintain and execute the contractual relationship established between Imperia and the potential client who initiates the demoor trial phase of the tools and/or services provided by Imperia.

“Work with Us” form

For the "Work with Us" form, the legal basis for processing the personal data of candidates participating in the job selection processes of Imperia is the consent granted by the data subject when submitting the form to participate in the selection process for the advertised position.

SaaS

For the SaaS, the legal basis for processing the personal data of the natural persons representing clients of Imperia is the legitimate interest of both parties to maintain and execute the contractual relationship established between Imperia and the client who contracts the SaaS.

Recipients of Personal Data

There are no plans to disclose personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing.

Retention Period of Personal Data

The personal data provided through the Forms will be retained by Imperia until the data subject withdraws their consent.

 

“Demo” form and the SaaS

In the case of the “Demo" form and the SaaS, personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship between Imperia and the client or potential client.

 

“Work with Us” form

In the case of the "Work with Us" form, personal data of candidates will be processed for a maximum period of 2 years. After this period, the data will be destroyed.

Imperia has implemented technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected through the Website and to ensure that personal data is processed legally, fairly, transparently, adequately, relevantly, limitedly, accurately, and up-to-date.
