Ethical Channel

Following the enactment of Law 2/2023, dated February 20, we have established a Whistleblowing Channel or internal reporting channel within the company. This channel is designed to provide all employees or any third party collaborating with the company with a secure and confidential means to report, either by identifying yourself or anonymously, behaviors that are unethical or potentially illegal, as well as possible irregular conduct or misconduct that they may have witnessed or become aware of.

Whistleblowing channels play a fundamental role in promoting a culture of transparency, integrity and accountability within the company. We want to assure you that all reports will be treated confidentially and will be properly investigated.
